Flower of the Day - Snowflake (Leucojum vernum)
Flower of the Day - Snowflake
Message - Be yourself, colour outside the lines!
Snowflakes, these beautiful pure white bell shaped flowers with splashes of lime green, always make me think of fairies! The flowers seem to emanate a very clean and pure energy, but there is also a sense of playfulness and fun about them. Snowflakes grow from bulbs, and are always welcome when they pop up in my garden each Winter.
